Other than asking what questions I had at the beginning of the interview, I was asked virtually nothing. She did all of the talking.
What do you enjoy doing? What do I think is important when providing customer service?
Typical questions were all in the STAR format - Situation, Task, Action, Results.
Didn't ask me about my work experience, talked mostly about what she did. Weird.
