First your introduce yourself to interviews. Then it went on and on from exam to exam. A lot of waiting. IQ and behavioral exams. Then they gave us a bunch of machanical pieces to try to assemble (with extra pieces that doesn't fit). The final interview was with a team of 5 I believe including the director. They ask quick questions, they don't let you answer. They speak all at the same time, they try to intimidate you. It was a strange experience.
