They asked a couple technical questions such as: how would you troubleshoot a laptop that does not have the display functioning and how would you install a printer properly. I was also asked customer service related questions such as how would you handle a client who is angry and acting hostile.
How do you define Customer Service?
My only concern at the time was that I never worked on any of Stewart & Stevenson's product line. But was assured and was given training on all of the products that were needed.
Nothing really difficult or unexpected.
