Video Interview - 3 or 4 role-related questions pops up on the screen and we have to record ourselves answering it. There is 1 minute thinking time & 1.5 min to answer it. They were just general questions like 'Why this role', 'Why Pfizer' etc Interview - The interview was supposed to last 45 minutes, but mine got over in 30 minutes. The male interviewer was really friendly, approachable & down to earth. The other interviewer was just professional. We sat around a round table and She sat opposite to the male interviewer. She wasn't even looking at me and I couldn't make much eye contact with her. They asked me if I brought a CV which I didn't bring. They handed over their copy to me without saying anything! There was an awkward silence for a few seconds and then I had this realization that I was supposed to run through my CV. I gave them a summary. I was then asked several pre-prepared questions like 'why Pfizer' 'what is your greatest achievement' 'How will you be successful in this role' 'What differentiates you from other candidates' 'Career goal'.
