They look for someone very long term and then they ask a candidate how quickly can they learn the details of the position. At the end, the candidate received a rejection with the unsolicited review of the candidate and why they failed, very presumptuous and not kind to say it mildly. The Director of the Society should review her abilities and how she handled the process prior to criticizing others. This candidate NEVER experiences something like this.
