Assessment Centre was challenging. Presentation of a case study was not too hard if you have prepared. The group discussion is difficult: there is a strict time limit and it was difficult to get everyone to contribute. Make sure to make viable suggestions that are backed up by the numbers. Then the interview was straightforward, you need to know lots of examples of past situations in the workplace, etc.
