I believe they were too much arrogant while taking the interview, especially the lady, I agree that you need to grill the candidate to get the best one but you need to show some respect which was lacking to huge extent. The lady was again and again attacking on my personal front and lastly they handed the interview without any handshake or smile which was the most awful moment.
