The interview focused primarily on my motivations for applying, my long-term career aspirations, and my personal alignment with the organisation’s values, without including any technical or role-specific questions.
One on one with one of a senior person in the department. The interviewer started with questions on why the company and why the role and went to to ask about personal experience and fit. There was a finance case which the interviewer gave, which was about what would happen to the financials if some products were discontinued.
