My business case was on capital one call centers. It involved break even analysis (number of calls would have to make) and market factors that would affect the call center business. I was too careless and would forget small facts (since they read it out to you and you have to write your own notes) so when I'd do my calculations, it wasn't right because I was off by something.
Case interviewer asked me to do a DCF of a specific situation w/o all the neccessary information.
The practice question they have online wasn't hard, but the one in the interview was not easy. There are many variables to consider and they don't walk you through it.

Situational: Have ever trained other people? How did you go about it? Do you prefer taking the lead or letting others take it? Give me a time that you had to use resilience and tenacity? Was your patience learned or were you born with it?
