The general aptitude test was a way to narrow down candidates using the most arbitrary of questions. We are talking about the kind of questions you see on questionable internet IQ tests, so I can only assume this company believes they have a real correlation to intelligence. What is correct pattern that follows a list of loosely connected patterns? Can you use your deductive reasoning to find the correct answer to a convoluted problem? The numerical aspect of the test was less than 1/3 of the questions. The test is timed and MULTIPLE CHOICE. Wow, so any one could guess their way through with enough luck.
Mostly behavioral and experience-based
My experience in general ledger, payroll, making JEs, analysis. Am I confortable explaining numbers to an audience that don't.
What are some of the excel functions you know?
