Describe a time when you were given a project at the last minute and only a short amount of time to complete it. What was the project? How did you go about completing it? What was the outcome?
I guess I was prepared so none of the questions were really hard. I have been in the work force for over 20 years to include management experience so I had many events to chose from to answer questions about failures, conflicts and successes.
One time that I overcame objection to close a sale?
Typical behavioral questions. "Tell me about a time when...?"
No difficult questions. Mainly behavioral. Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a client. (Student in my case)
Situational questions
He asked about my experience.
Describe how you solved a complex situation.
Describe a time that you were met with a difficult situation with a fellow employee and how did you resolve it?
