They use the STAR interview style: Situation/ Task Action Result It's important to be as specific as possible. not what you would do but an actual moment in time and what you did and the outcome.
There are not really any difficult questions, just take your time think of a situation and have a conversation. Most managers follow the same scripting. Be prepared to have multiple people present during the interview.
