Not really any unexpected questions. Go in knowing why you want to be a firefighter, what your downfalls are and how you can overcome them, when you've demonstrated good worker qualities in previous jobs, and the usual run of interview questions. The worst for me was just that I was more nervous due to the panel of a bunch of men in uniforms. One-on-one would have been much more comfortable.
