You are at the front of the plane providing service while two passengers are arguing in the back of the plane. The arguement sounds mild at first, but then you hear they are arguing over leg space. Do you continue service in the front of the plane? What do you do about the arguing passengers?
Describe a time where you showed commitment to your job duties, what was the situation and the result?
What would you do if you saw a crew member stealing? How would you handle a situation in which two customers were arguing about the seat being back too far? Talk about a time you went above and beyond on the job? Talk about a time you had to adapt to change? What would you do if there were things missing in the inventory but getting them would cause a delay. ( These are summed up from my memory )
Tell us about a time when you had to work with someone with a difficult personality. What made this person difficult and how did you handle it? What were the results?
