Why would you want to work for AA?
I was asked to repeat a scenario to my understanding.
In the group interview we had flash cards, face down, presented to us. We had to draw a card, not look at it, then when we felt ready to talk we stood up and read the question and answered it. This was the most nerve wracking part of the entire experience, which isn't bad.
What are your thoughts on social media? That one came a bit out of the blue in the panel interview. They passed out cards with questions on them then we took turns standing in front of the group and speaking on our topic or question. It seemed to be a test of extemporaneous speaking skill.
What was your best moment in customer service ?
Tell a time when you needed to take control of a situation.
All of the questions were fairly simple... A walk in the park.
