Tell me a time where you experienced a difficult situation with a guest and how did you resolve it. The role-playing part included reading an announcement where you had to tell passengers to put away their electronics and cell phone devices and the recruiter pretended she was an unruly passenger who didn't want to listen. Then you have to pretend to be the flight attendant and resolve the situation.
