What does great customer service mean to you?
What is your favorite movie? was an unexpected question.
If you suspect or caught another employee stealing from their drawer, what would you do? What if it was a family member or friend?
They will want to know what customer service means to you.
If you see a manager stealing from the concessions stand what would you do?
