Many people seem to have difficulty with discussing their definition of diversity and what it means to them.
There was no hard questions just basic group icebreaker questions. I guess if you had to pick one, "What does Hollister portray to you?" which all you have to say is "Fun, young, exciting, beach, California, etc." and you'll be fine.
Most difficult question was what are are your strengths and weaknesses and how will those help and or hinder you as an employee.
There are a few questions on diversity and which is the most important. Questions such as what is diversity, what does diversity mean to you, how is diversity important in a work place, will be asked. Don't sweat it just take your time and give it the best you got.
