Each of the interviewers had to ask me questions from a list of pre-scripted employment questions. The questions all start out with 'Tell me about a time...' where in your answer you had to recall a situation/person/incident that satisfied the query. 'What was the situation? Who was involved? What did you do? What was the outcome? I want to point out that all prospective employees, regardless of the position they are applying for, have to answer 'Tell me about a time' questions. One of the 'Tell me about a time' questions I was asked was 'Tell me about a time when you had to lead a group of people to accomplish a specific goal by a certain time...'
