How would you handle a friend that stole
Nothing too difficult, doing research on what question they might ask helped so much.
If something rings up as $19.99 and the customer says that he/she read that it's $17.99, and you know it's $17.99, what would you do?
What experience do you have working with people, either in school, work or at home?
What can you offer Target? How would you respond to an upset customer? If a customer wants a price change and it is reasonable do you say no or give it to them? (this is a big one target is strict about adjusting prices if a guest challenges you as long as in reasonable price range like $15 instead of $20) Are you able to work at a fast-pace? Etc.
Almost all of the questions and scenarios they give are fairly easy to answer since they're very specific. The scenario that threw me off was one that was very broad: "What is one example of a time where you've given excellent guest service to someone?"
Tell me a time you made a mistake and how did you fix it? Tell me a time where you had to work together as a team? Why do you want to work at target?
How would you describe your work ethic
Basic. Why do you want to work here? How can you help the company?
