If a customer asks for help with something but you see broken glass on the floor, which problem would you see to first?

Questions about previous work experience, accomplishments in previous jobs, where you see yourself in the near future, etc. There was also a buying test where they ask you to sort through a bin of clothing and choose which items you would buy into the store and which you would pass on and why/why not. This is used to determine whether you are fit to become a buyer or not.
As I mentioned above, I wasn't prepared to discuss my physical strength. It turns out that this job has a fair amount of heavy lifting involved. We ship out and bring in transfers daily. I would also consider if you're afraid of heights with this location, as storage is only accessible by ladder into our very full loft space.
Experience in customer service, different scenarios, gave examples of everything.
