Pretty much both interviewers asked different variations of the same questions. They would always start with "Name a time when..." Name a time where you worked as a team to accomplish a goal. Name a time where you went out of your comfort zone to get something done. Stuff like that
"Have you ever had a disagreement with a fellow employee and how did you resolve it"?
How would you react to an angry customer
Recall a time when your job required a skill set that you did not have. How did you handle it. What did you do and what was the outcome?
Describe a situation you were put under pressure and how did you resolve it.
