after making me do 3 rounds of interviews and a "case study" (fee work) they ghosted me for a week before the hiring manager begrudingly returned one of my calls. She told me they hired someone else in the meantime. Later i asked for detailed feedback on my application which they did not provide.

Got reached out on LinkedIn. Agreed to have a first call as I was curious with a couple of aspects mentioned by the recruiter (possibility to eventually lead a team in the future). After the call: haven't received any info from them (despite I followed-up with a message few weeks later). Why reaching out in the first place then?
