It was smooth. They give real life case studies to make ppt on. Then you need to present it infront of fleet associate & operation head. They will first listen to you & then ask questions like any other interview.
The interviewer, one of the regional managers were very rude and condensing. You would never expect to hear something like: "Lesson Learned!" from an interviewer. It seems to me that they prefer to keep the standards low when it comes to recruitment and would not appreciate a person who might offer strong skillsets and experience.

per Telefon durch. Dabei redet sie 97% der Zeit. Es wird gleich am Anfang das Gehalt runtergehandelt. Auch der CV wird abgewertet.
