The questions were not difficult or unexpected. They were prepared before hand and there was absolutely no back and forth between myself and the interviewers. It almost seemed like they didn't understand or were unfamiliar with the refugee community, experiential learning, organization behavior and the other subjects I was talking about. Throughout the interview they just seemed to stare at me blankly. Usually, interviews are a two-way street. There is discussion, clarification etc. This was the oddest most weirdly staged interview I have ever been involved in.
