Tell me about a time when you used data to inform a decision. Tell me about your experience with data related to fraudulent transactions. A lot of odd hypothetical on-the-spot mental math questions. Not a lot of focus on past experience and transferable skills. Seem to be looking for a unicorn and seem unwilling to invest in people's growth or ability to learn the "doordash way" quickly.
My experience in general, which seemed to fit the job requirement well. But the salary range offered was way too low for me.
