And what was the out come? -name a time you recommended a digital trend to some one, how did you do this and what was the out come? - tell me a time where you've recommended a change to someone and they've showed resistance, how did you persuade the person and what was the outcome? -tell me about a time you have had to follow guidelines, how did you keep yourself up to date? Why did you have to follow them? -when have you discovered a personal weakness and used a personal strength to over come it?
