Hiring Manager Interview: Tell me about yourself. Time you went above and beyond. Major challenge example. Weaknesses Behavioral & Cultural Interview: A video interview with a senior team member based in a different country. This round focused almost entirely on Stripe's Operating Principles: Scenarios about navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and handling misunderstandings with colleagues.
