Why do you want this job?
There were no questions I was not expecting, as I had not be new to the interview process at the time. One question though, that will throw some people off, is something along the lines of "What is/are your biggest weakness/es?"
The two hardest questions came in a pair: 1) Describe a time when you had to go against company policy in order to meet a goal or accomplish a task. 2) Describe a time when you stuck to company policy even though it resulted in greater pressure/problems for you.
Discuss a time where you had to break company policy to get work done.
Give an example of a leadership position you have been successful at?
"Why do you want to work for Cavalry?" is a common one.
Why am I interested in working at FHI?
Have you worked in shipping before? Can you lift up to 100 lbs. without assistance? (The job involves lifting of much heavier weights by the way)
Are you willing to relocate after training.
