On the written interview, they asked me to describe at least 2 projects I’ve managed from start to finish, and to include the overall goal to be achieved, the steps I took to achieve the goal, how I decided the order of the steps, how I decided the timing of each step, and what I learned from each project. In the same written interview, they asked what podcast I would recommend. I wish I was joking.
