Conversational style interview with a notable question of whether I'd be willing to do some light tidying up front when not busy. It sounded like this had been an issue with other employees. We also talked about hourly wage quite a bit, as I sensed I was asking for a little more per hour than they normally pay. She said she'd look into it, but felt it would be okay to pay me what I asked ($15) in order to have someone mature and responsible closing out registers at night.
