The recruiter asked about schedule, reliable transportation and previous experience. She also asked if I had any interest in learning to operate equipment such as forklift. No education questions.

They ask you to do some role playing with a difficult employee. It seemed they did it more for their amusement then anything.
It never got to this point.
We were all given a math question to answer before the interviews started. We were asked to explain our answers on the first interview. Most of the other questions were in the usual STAR type questions and answers. Each interview lasted from 30 to 45 minutes and there were a total of four.
