They ask the usual questions on a job application, but they do not bother with an interview. They go straight from the job application, to bringing you in for a tour of the facility where you bring proof of education, they administer a drug test orally, then you leave with job offer letter in hand.

The problem is that they didn't ask anyone anything specific other than qualification requirements such as proof of authorization to work in the US etc.
The only question asked was preferred work shift.
