Interview person next to you and present info to group. Name, where they are from. what they currently do, future hopes?
Last thing was a group exercise. Split into 2 groups. We had to Select 7 men's shoes, 7 women's shoes and 4 kids shoes and 'make our own shoe shop' We Then talked through our reasoning for our selections.
Describe how you would value a private company
Not a direct question, but role-playing sales scenarios
Have you ever had any disagreements with an associate? If so how did you react?
How i dealt with adversities.
What about the generalist role excites you more than being a sales specialist?
The usual: "Describe a time when..." Very casual in person interview.
