Questions were irrelevant to subject. They didnt ask about the concept of topic which i should be iterviewed. Instaead of asking questions related to process, they asked how screen will be there etc. Interviewer knows few things and asks only on that subject. That's the way they treated some experience candidates.
How do you manage conflict?
7-8 employees with different skill sets interviewed separately. The interview questions lacked depth despite the fact that some of those employees were responsible for areas that required in-depth specialized technical aknowledge. One of the employees even asked question like university graduation year and university name which could be viewed as interviewer trying to know the age and ethnic background which can be contrued as a breach of EEOC law
