How do you feel about people?
The artists asked me mostly personal questions. They just wanted to know I was easy to get along with. The programmers had me work on a simple game and solve bugs in it. Later they asked me one fairly nebulous whiteboard question. It was more of a conversation starter to talk about abstract programming concepts. Finally, the conversation with my supervisor was more personality oriented.
In blackjack audition, they will say hit without giving you a hand signal. They will double down on a hand and cap their bet. They will tell you that you paid their bet wrong and to fix it.
