A weird interview which is very focused on the technology, with no problem solving, no DSA, no OOP, no any CS-related topics, we were also asked weird questions that didn't evaluate any skills like what is a Skybox in Unity She also asked about optimization techniques, for her knowing the names of 10 of them was better than having real market experience with 1 or 2 of them. Things like graphics programming and low-level game programming wasn't valued also, they want technology content creators, not engineers
Not applicable as they did not turn up to the interview 30m+ after the scheduled time, then closed the meeting as the recruiter set up another meeting (According to the zoom notification)
Work experience, how you feel about puzzles and problem solving, who are you as a person, how friendly are you and can you hold your ground but be polite and pleasant about it as you have to enforce a lot of rules for safety and room maintenance purposes. *
