In my first interview I was asked how I would get my coworkers/peers to do something despite not having any authority over them. For some reason I pictured myself being a new employee trying to convince a coworker whom I didn't know to do something for me. I froze for about 20 seconds, but eventually came up with a pretty good answer. Basically, there are two kinds of respect--one is given and the other is earned.
What would you do if you seen someone snatch an item in plain view and walk out of the store?
What so you think should be done about theft?
How do you like team work and how do you deal with difficult members?
There was no difficult or unexpected question. Everything was smooth.
Where do you see your self in 5 years?
