First be sure you filled out your resume in the format they wanted. Interview was broad, nothing IT related (besides honor-system questions about which operating systems youre proficient in, etc). How did you calm an angry customer, exceed expectations kind of stuff. I just memorized a couple pitches based on more-or-less true stories from past work experience that demonstrated sales and IT skills and fit them to each question (answer the question you wished they had asked you kind of deal). I also wore a corset, heels, peacoat, and fake nails. I was dressed to kill. First met with Geek Squad manager, then a 3:1 with gs manager, district manager and customer service manager. Baseusually $10. When they offered $11 I told them I'd need a day to think about it. Next day they offered me 11.49
