Biggrest weakness, I was asked what was my biggest weakness or defect from a professional perspective.
They asked a lot of situation questions. Like what would you do if you saw someone shoplifting? How would you handle an upset customer? They seemed to want to know more about the kind of person I was and not my lack of experience. The managers were very nice.
