Do 4 assignments. They gave me documentation for each exercise. The assignments were: writing an abstract of a clinical trial, creating a table with provided statistics, creating a bibliography of a drug, and writing a paragraph of adverse events.
Started off with telling about what type of questions that the recruiter wanted to ask today and that she would be back to give me feedback within five days. Questions were very standardized. Tell me about yourself? Why did you quit your last job? How come you took that decision (almost implying, that was a strange decision)? Why did you move to the US? What would be your greatest asset for this job? Then briefly thanked me and hang up. After the phone screening I didn't hear anything back from the recruiter. Since she said she would come back I thought she would do so both with a positive or a negative outcome, but nope, nothing.

Questions are situational based - they will ask how you responded to certain difficult situations and expect you to elaborate. The interviewer will ask follow-up questions around your response once you do.
After meeting with the 6 people, the last guy who is the boss of those people, 1st asked me to rank them in order of best to worst; i.e. how would I rank them as candidates for a position. What he was getting at was my ability to assess interviewing capabilities which is part of the job I was interviewing for but it definitely threw me for a loop!!
