What position did I apply for?
Tell me about yourself(uhhh, I can deal with lame fluff culture questions, but this was just kind of a lame opener for a rather senior level role) What would people say about you as a person? (Really??) No questions about significant successes from past roles, no questions about challenges overcome, no questions at all that were relevant to the job... IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED IN A CANDIDATE BASED ON WHAT YOUR RECRUITER HAS SCREENED AND PROVIDED, DON'T WASTE EVERYONE'S TIME! Typical dry Britt that thinks he's done it and seen it all - your culture does not serve you well! And I highly doubt CEO will take the company to a prosperous exit, he has ZERO previous experience doing so...
