Why do you want to work here?
I was very impressed. The HR rep actually read my resume and asked pointed questions related to my experience. I had prepared for the normal "tell me about yourself," "describe a difficult situation at work," etc. None of these was in the interview. It was liberating to be able to discuss my actual experience. It gave me the leave to present myself and differentiate myself.

Why do you want to work for this specific company? It was not a difficult question, just kind of unexpected seeing as most people don't WANT to work in retail or take the job to get a source of income.
