On the 2nd year interview, the tough question she asked: Given that I would be teaching multiple sections, I wouldn't be able to spend an exorbitant amount of time critiquing one student's essay. How would I balance giving effective feedback with the fact that I had 30 student papers to grade. (She said my response to the student was spot-on, but it was long.
