How would you handle (this particular impossible situation)? Several 'how would you handle..." questions. This is still done today, to see if a particular individual #1 has the appropriate knowledge to work in our field, but also to see how they will fit in. We are very much a team and need to function that way.
Tell me about a time when you had to manage tasks for multiple priorities and multiple stakeholders, what was the situation, how was it handled, and what was the result?
More conversational in the screening and second interview. Third round with team centered on budget analysis, time management and general personality/ fit questions.

How do you stay organized and prioritize multiple deadlines?
All questions focused on my experience with the work at hand. A few behavioral questions were thrown into the mix as well.
I should've been a little better prepared for this interview. Oh well, maybe next time.
