Walk us through your portfolio, what role did you play in the creation of the project in question and what led you to your outcome.
They repeatedly asked me if I felt comfortable directing activities like photo or commercial shoots, which have little to do with the skills/duties of a graphic designer.

They give me to design email template they selected but again they give me another design after i send they didn't reply.
They asked if I was comfortable speaking in front of a client as a leader. They also let me know that I would definitely be staffed on one project in particular and it appeared that they would want me to have lots of face time with this client.
