Everything was behavioral. "Give an example of when you failed," was a question that they followed up with many probing questions.
Tell me about a time when you motivated someone recently.
They were not so much individually difficult, but the fact that they kept asking behavioral interview questions was more frustrating. Because they were all exactly the same. Who cares where I want to be in five years? There are too many factors to consider for this type of question.

Questions about strengths, weaknesses, greatest accomplishments, roadblocks. Why do I want to leave my current job? What do I know about Target's culture? What are my salary requirements? Not any questions regarding the position and my skills. It lasted 30 minutes and was fairly conversational. The interviewer was courteous. Within 5 days, I got a call saying they chose to move forward with another candidate. I didn't receive any feedback, or explanation which I thought quite rude especially considering the amount of time I dedicated to pursuing this opportunity.
