Tell me about a time when you used some of your resources to streamline a company process
The questions are necessarily difficult, but it's hard not to be repetitive when you're asked the same thing by three different groups consecutively. For example, Tell me about a difficult time you overcame, tell me a time you made a difficult decision, tell me about a time you had to do something you didn't want to do, etc.
All of the questions were expected. First they asked why I desired to work for Target and then asked me some behavioral based questions.
Nothing was overly different, just what projects did you do, what have you lead, how do you interact with unproductive employees, do you like being on your feet (because the DC is massive) just pointless background collection

Just have some STAR formatted answers in your mind and should be fine for that part. The most difficult part so far were the reasoning questions on the assessment test.
Question were of the behavioral variety.
Think of a time when you had to tell someone that your work would be late.
