How did you hear about this job? She was really intent on asking about how I heard about the distribution center and this position. I had to pretty much convince her I was interested in this job. Why would I apply if I wasn't interested?

There were not very many questions that surprised me ,jsut have examples of prior leadership experience.

I myself had 8 stories prepared that could be easily adapted. You only get asked a maximum of 5 at a time, so you can repeat them in each interview. I actually recommend this, if they have gotten you this far, stick with them!!
