The team workshop interview was the most different to standard one. I was given a user need for a an everyday tool (not Yoco related) and had to work trough what my process with this team would be to go from initial insight to implementation.
The interview questions included domain knowledge, managerial / team development experience, cultural / communication questions, career motivations, and personal motivation for moving from outside the EU to Munich.
What feature would you add to this product to improve the experience?
Questions were focused on - how to improve favorite product, - metrics (leading and trailing) - about the product assignment. - optimization function examples for trade off decisions - past experience - how do you resolve issues with architects/engineers - how do you lead engineers w/ examples The interviewers were very professional (surprised at some other comments or maybe I was lucky ).
